EarnDonations collects information through aggregated tracking; mainly through tallying page views, recording point of entry and exit, and tracking trends based upon demographics. EarnDonations collects information voluntarily submitted by representatives. This includes information submitted at registration, and beyond. Joining and remaining as a representative are voluntary acts, under which conditions disclosing this information becomes mandatory.

EarnDonations may place a cookie on the computer of a representative upon login. This is used to process your login, and additionally allows you to remain logged in, if you so choose, for a maximum time period of two years without needing to re-enter your account ID (email address) and password. This cookie is not used to collect any data from your computer, and is used to process no data other than the information stored within it upon its creation. You may delete this cookie at any time, with no repercussions other than needing to login again in order to access your account.

In following the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), EarnDonations will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13, without requesting parental consent. In addition, membership as an organization representative at this site requires the user to be a minimum age of 18 at the date of registration.

When entering any contest or event at EarnDonations, you acknowledge our authority to disclose to the public what you have submitted, your prize, and any other relevant, non-identifiable information, including, but not limited to, your organization's name and whereabouts, your first name, "greeting" name, the submission(s) involved in the contest, and any other information provided to us as part of that correspondence.

Any information regarding your account or your organization representative membership at EarnDonations which you disclose, publicly or privately, to a third party, is given solely of your will, at your discretion, and EarnDonations will not be held liable for the results, direct or indirect, of such disclosure.

Upon registration, an organization representative agrees to disclose information to EarnDonations when EarnDonations deems the information necessary; for instance, to verify the identity of the account holder. Personally identifiable information disclosed by a representative to EarnDonations, at and beyond registration, shall remain confidential.

All personal information collected at EarnDonations shall remain strictly confidential. EarnDonations will not disclose personal information, including full name, email address, IP address, or any other information, except where required by law. Organization information, however, may be published; this includes, but is not limited to, the organization name, address, phone number, website, etc. If required by United States federal, state, or local authorities, EarnDonations shall disclose personal information. No personal information will be sold, traded, or given by EarnDonations, unless such disclosure is consented to by representatives involved.

Information which is not personally identifiable, including, but not limited to, representative number and any other information which does not establish a full or personal identity, may be disclosed by EarnDonations.

EarnDonations sends commercial emails to its organization representatives, which include newsletters, site or account updates, new opportunities on the website and emergency notices. Individual representatives may also receive emails from EarnDonations regarding account issues, website terms violations, queries initiated by the representative, or other individual contact. Contact by postal mail, phone call, instant messenger, or other methods may also occur. EarnDonations does not send paid advertisement emails.

Representatives may opt out of providing any additional information to EarnDonations, and out of receiving future emails from EarnDonations, by closing their account at any time, for any reason. Joining as and remaining as an organization representative at EarnDonations are always optional actions, done solely by the will of the user.

To close an account and discontinue receiving emails from EarnDonations, the representative should fill the Request to Leave the EarnDonations Program form, and send it to:

Terminated and resigned representatives of EarnDonations shall continue to have personal information which was collected by EarnDonations protected and governed by this Privacy Policy, as is also the case with previous, unregistered visiting users.
